Returns

If you're not happy with your fountain, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return for a full refund of the kit.

If anything arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, send us a photo or video and we'll replace it free.

Used filters and sponges can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
